Having a healthy diet plays an important role in making your skin look healthy, especially if you have pale skin. If you don’t have the right diet, you won’t have that glowing skin any time of the day, much less in the morning!
The most important thing for having glowy skin is drinking enough water. Drink at least 8 cups of water a day. If you drink coffee or tea, you’ll need to drink more water. For each cup, you’ll have to add two cups of water. If you work out you should drink more based on the water you lose during your workout.
If you are the type of person who doesn’t like to drink much water, add cucumber, lime, strawberries, or any other fruits that you like to add some flavor to the water. These fruits also contain a lot of water in them as well, so they’ll help your water intake.
Make sure to leave your water bottle handy so every time you see it, you will take a sip from it as a habit. This will also help make sure you’re drinking enough water every day.
Include leafy greens, vegetables, fruits, and enough protein in your diet. I personally found vegans to have duller and aged skin. This is probably for a lack of having enough protein in their diet.
Also, maintaining a regular diet is so important because losing and gaining weight too many times will speed the process of aging your skin, making it lose its healthy glow.
