The secret to having glowing glowing skin really depends on the inside and outside of your body.
This means that you need to eat healthy food. I remember someone said that she ate ‘healthy.’
I later realized that she is cooking food at home, and she believed that only cooking at home was enough for calling the food that she ate ‘healthy’. As it turned out, she was using too much oil, sugar, and different additives to make the food tasty. All of this reduced the healthiness of the food that she was actually eating.
So eating healthy means having a lot of leafy vegetables, fruits, and enough protein, as well as controlling the sugar and oil in your diet. Also, you want to drink enough water in order to keep your skin hydrated and stocked with the necessary minerals for it to glow.
Also, depending on your age and skin type/tone, you need to have a proper skincare routine with proper products. For example, I had a client yesterday who told me that she has been using a cleanser for the past 10 years and she loves it. After performing a skin analysis, I actually realized that her skin was too dry.
What this meant was that first of all, her cleanser was not for dry and dehydrated skin. Later in the day, she sent me a pic of her cleanser. By checking the ingredients, I told her that was the wrong cleanser for her skin type. I also mentioned that she should switch to a cleanser that matched her skin type.
Also, she was not using any moisturizer, but only sunscreen.
When I told her the proper skincare routine for her to use a moisturizer before applying her sunscreen and that her sunscreen should be oil-based. She was amazed at the fact that for years, she was paying an obscene amount of money for the wrong products.
So, this was just an example to show how proper skin care can help and show how improper skin care can cause you to have dry/aged skin.
I’m sure other people can share and relate the problems below.
And one more piece of advice is to avoid the sun at all times and make sure to use sunscreen, even on rainy days. The sun can damage your skin and also cause hyperpigmentation, which forms dark spots on your skin
