Q: What is the way to apply Aloe Vera plant extract to apply to skin, or will it be toxic or acidic due to its natural form?

I usually cut an Aloe Vera plant from the middle so that you have two separate parts and can access the gel extract from inside the plant. With a spoon, you can take the gel from the plant and put it into a container.

You can just put the gel on your skin and massage it for 5 minutes. Let it stay on your skin overnight.

However, if you have sensitive or dry skin, it might tickle or make your skin red. When I want to use it on my clients, I first test it by putting a pea size of the gel on a small spot on the skin and let it dry.

After 24 hours, if it doesn’t get itchy or red, it means that they are good to go. I have never had any experience having problems with Aloe Vera gel, but just in case, you should test it before putting it all over your face. Of course, it will be fine to use that on your body since the body skin is thicker and less sensitive.

Aloe Vera gel is good for the hands too.
