Q1: What are the Common Skin Types?
Generally, there are four different, common skin types: normal, dry, oily, and combination.
However, we need to add dehydrated skin to this list as well, because these days, most people, even with oily or normal skin, have dehydrated skin as well.
All skin type names are self-explanatory.
Combination skin is dry on some parts, usually the cheek, and oily on the T-zone, which is on the forehead, nose, and upper lip.
Here is another interesting question that I received today!
Q2: What are some of the main causes of skin discoloration?
Healthy young skin will make new skin cells every 28 days. As we age, this process takes longer with lesser quality results. Furthermore, the collagen production of the skin will also slow down.
Both of these are common reasons why we get discoloration. The lack of new skin cells and enough cologne make the skin darker.
One other important reason that discoloration occurs is because of sun damage.
Thanks for the questions! I hope to see more questions from everybody in the future!
