Working out does not necessarily change the fact that you need to use the proper cleanser and moisturizer. It is best to wash your face with water and a proper cleanser that works well with your skin type.

Living in a desert with dry skin sounds difficult! However, the solution mostly depends on your skin and the products that you choose.

It is true if you do not want to use the wrong cleanser. Using warm water is a better substitute for a cleanser that you shouldn’t be using on your skin.
